Boise's Basque Language Immersion Preschool

With a dream, determination and countless volunteer hours of work and research, Boiseko Ikastola, the only Basque pre-school outside of the Basque Country, began in October of 1998. A group of parents and educators with pride in the Basque heritage and a desire to see their children, as well as generations to come, learn the Basque language, made that dream a reality.
